The AM FOH Employee at Middle Child will greet all guests entering the restaurant and process all orders during the day. No assholes allowed. Responsibilities are as follows:

• Creating an extremely fun and positive environment in the shop
• Greeting customers and explaining all critical steps of service
• Provide accurate wait times during busy hours
• Operating the point of sale for in-house orders, call-ins, and delivery orders
• Showing a concrete understanding of our food and allergies
• Making coffee
• Prepping for the cafe as needed (training provided)
• Problem solving customer issues and reporting them to management
• Maintaining a clean and organized cashier workspace, including daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleanings
• Restocking and cleaning the merchandise shelves
• Setting up and breaking down the cashier station, daily
• Reporting to the AM Manager
• BOH experience is a plus

Compensation: Hourly ($14.50) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $7
