### **Position Summary**
As an Airport Server, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to travelers from all over the world. Youll balance speed and hospitality in a fast-paced environment while following airport security and operational guidelines. Your goal is to create a positive dining experience for every guest, even when theyre short on time.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly demeanor.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
* Deliver orders efficiently while ensuring quality presentation.
* Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
* Process guest payments (cash, credit card, or vouchers) quickly and accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and workstations.
* Comply with all airport security procedures, ID badge requirements, and health/safety regulations.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and host staff to ensure timely service.
* Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

### **Qualifications**
* **Required:**
* Minimum age: 18
* Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge (must pass background check).
* Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays/plates weighing up to 25 lbs.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
* **Preferred:**
* Knowledge of POS systems.
* Experience in fast-paced or high-volume dining environments.
* Multi-lingual abilities a plus.
