Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Welcome calls
Aloha calls, inviting guests to island orientation
Booking timeshare tours
Selling activities
Issuing activity vouchers
Providing and communicating proper information to guests
Pre-arrival communication (phone calls and emails)
Supplies status
Maui Circulation inventory maintenance
Brochure stickering as directed
Pre-arrival packets
Issuing parking passes
Ensuring financial accuracy in all dealings
Making fiscally responsible decisions and keeping supply waste to a minimum
The successful agent will be able to:
Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Work independently with minimal supervision or direction
Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Read and interpret documents
Accurately calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and commissions
Demonstrate resourcefulness by solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of multiple requests simultaneously
Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience Prior experience in sales and in the hospitality industry and Plus
Computer Skills Microsoft Office and Outlook.
