Requirements:

Join the kitchen team at Fidelity Investments as a Dishwasher, where youll support daily operations by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced food service environment. Long-term employment opportunities are available for Crew Members who successfully complete a background check within two days of accepting the role.

Responsibilities:

• Hand wash dishes using a 3-bay sink setup following established procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dishwashing area
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly throughout the shift
• Support kitchen sanitation and food safety practices consistently
• Complete additional cleaning or support tasks as directed by supervisors

Skills:

• Familiarity with basic kitchen cleaning and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable and self-motivated with a team-focused attitude
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Must pass a background check within two days of accepting the role

Neat, clean appearance with good personal hygiene

Wear appropriate kitchen attire, including non-slip shoes

Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures at all times

Follow all Fidelity Investments site-specific rules and guidelines

General responsibilities when working a Dishwasher job assignment can include:

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and or kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machine, ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes
• Hand wash specific items according to assigned procedures
• Store and restock clean kitchenware
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock, transfer cleaning supplies between storage and work area
• Keep a clean and orderly workstation
• Comply with all sanitation and safety policies and procedures
• Wash work tables and other food prep areas to cleanliness standards
