About the Maintenance Technician Role: The Experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification at Briarcrest in Winter Haven Apartments, FL, plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and operational efficiency of our residential community. Minimum Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Proven experience as a maintenance technician Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems relevant to residential properties. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues within residential units and common areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks to minimize disruption to residents. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational efficiency and compliance.
