DESCRIPTION
The Food Server is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking food/beverage orders, carrying out wine/beverage service, performing table maintenance, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards. The Food Server handles guest checks and related financial transactions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
Candidates must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.
Requires a minimum of 2 years previous work experience as food server in restaurant.
Candidates must exhibit wine, beverage, basic food and service knowledge includes; up-selling techniques.
Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
Requires a valid alcohol awareness card and health card.
Requires lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
