POSISTION SUMMARY:

Position Type: Student Barista

Hours: 6-10 hours/week (flexible schedule-primarily in the morning)

Reports to: Lead Barista / Student Success Specialist

POSISTION DETAILS:

Baristas bring the campus coffee shop to life. With friendly service and attention to detail, baristas craft drinks, serve pastries, and help create a vibrant space where students, faculty, and staff connect.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and espresso drinks according to recipes

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service

Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Learn and uphold shop procedures and safety standards

Support fellow team members during busy shifts

Contribute to a positive and inclusive campus community

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior customer service or food service experience (preferred but not required)

Willingness to learn and take direction

Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable

Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week
