IMMEDIATE TEMP to HIRE Receptionist position available! We are currently representing a well-known manufacturing company in Scottsboro, AL seeking a Receptionist to join to join their team on a contractual basis, with an opportunity to become a permanent employee, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of previous receptionist or administrative experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
