Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations. This hands-on leadership role ensures the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. The ideal candidate is a team motivator, quality-driven, andmitted to delivering an exceptional guest experience through high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room attendants, house person, and laundry staff.
Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Schedule staff effectively to ensure adequate coverages for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to promote professional growth and service excellence.
Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and linen to maintain optimal par levels.
Collaborate with the front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Address and resolve guestplaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Uphold all safety and sanitation policies in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain department records, including room status, employee attendance, and productivity reports.

Requirements
2+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
Strong leadership,anizational, andmunication skills
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail andmitment to delivering high-quality service
Working knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and safety protocols
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or management coursework preferred
CPR and first aid training preferred
