Maintain a strong understanding of departmental functions to route inquiries effectively. Monitor foot traffic and ensure that students are connected efficiently with available staff. Answer and triage incoming phone calls for all departments in the area. Respond to general questions or route calls to the appropriate team member or department. Check and respond to shared inboxes or voicemail messages as assigned. Answer basic questions related to billing, financial aid, and registration.
