The Reservoir is looking for a couple of friendly, motivated Servers, Hosts, and Food Runners to help create awesome guest experiences. 'People make the place', and were looking for the best to join our team!

We are a fun, craft beer/cocktail restaurant located in Historic Downtown Waterbury. We're focused on fresh, local products, quality food and drink, and providing lasting guest experiences.

To be successful you must:
Care about others
Be a quick learner who can think on their feet and has a guest first mentality
Demonstrate better-than-average interpersonal and communication skills
Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
Be able to work individually, and as a team
Take ownership and be accountable for all personal responsibilities while teaching others to do the same
Present a professional image consistent with company standards managing problems, setbacks, and deadlines without becoming visibly frustrated
