Bar Staff Seasonal Part-Time Oceans Calling Music Festival

The Bar Staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by preparing and serving beverages efficiently and professionally. They maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensure all guests have a positive experience, and support overall bar operations. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include bartending, barbacking, and serving.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $3.63 and is tip eligible

This is a seasonal role from August 18, 2025 and will end on December 18, 2025.

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline

• Greet guests and take drink orders promptly and courteously
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding area
• Restock bar supplies and inventory throughout shift
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 (or 21) years of age depending on alcohol laws
• Knowledge of drink recipes and basic bar equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• TABC or equivalent alcohol certification (if required by state)
