Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and plating standards
Maintain a clean and organized station
Assist in prep and restocking before, during, and after service
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Communicate clearly and work efficiently with the team
Qualifications:
2+ year kitchen experience preferred
Solid knife skills and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
Ability to stay focused and organized under pressure
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take direction
