Job Title: Temporary Housekeeping Coordinator
Location: Healdsburg, CA
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Schedule: Full-time | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Assignment Duration: Temporary through approximately November 19th
About the Role:
Star Staffing is seeking an experienced Interim Housekeeping Coordinator to support our client in Healdsburg, CA. This is a key role that will provide both administrative and hands-on support to ensure smooth daily operations within the housekeeping department.
You will be assisting in a variety of responsibilities including staff scheduling, task coordination, supply ordering, and responding to resident needs. This role also requires occasional hands-on cleaning and translation assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily housekeeping assignments
Assist with scheduling housekeeping staff
Respond to resident requests and ensure timely follow-up
Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies
Perform administrative duties to support departmental operations
Provide translation support as needed (must be bilingual)
Step in for hands-on cleaning when necessary
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
35 years of experience in a housekeeping lead or supervisory role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with both administrative and physical housekeeping tasks
