Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development, ensuring creativity and seasonal relevance.
Supervise kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Food preparation maintain quality, taste, and kitchen standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Train new kitchen staff on food service protocols, equipment usage, and best practices.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock without excess waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout service periods.
