The client is hiring a Service Specialist to support onsite operations at a corporate client office. This role offers variety and hands-on work across reception, mailroom, hospitality, facilities, and print services . Ideal for someone dependable, tech-savvy, and customer-service oriented.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist visitors
- Manage mail, packages, and print jobs
- Support meeting room setup and catering
- Maintain office cleanliness and supply stock
- Coordinate small facilities tasks and vendor communication
Requirements:
1+ year in an office, hospitality, or facilities role
Comfortable using MS Outlook, Zoom, etc.
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Able to lift/move up to 40 lbs
