House keeper/ house cleaner part time for private family

Hello,

We are a local family looking to hire a part time house keeper to assist around our house. We are very flexible with hours but would want consistency. Ideal situation would be MWF, 4 hours a day, 12 hours a week. But we can accommodate someone who wants after hours work as well such as 6-8pm and/or work on weekends. We would not want anyone working before 8am or after 8pm on any particular day.

Duties include

General house keeping
Changing linens
Cleaning bathrooms
Cleaning kitchen
Washing windows as needed
Tidy up bedrooms
Folding laundry

We would supply all equipment and cleaning supplies.

Any language and legal status is fine. We would request past work history, personal and work references and criminal/credit check if applicable. La senora habla espanol,

We are not looking for a house keeping service with rotating staff, we would like to hire an individual.
