We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in the renewable energy sector. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing a wide range of corporate events that support our mission to advance clean energy solutions. Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist with events including Executive meetings, jobsite events, conference receptions, client events, and team offsites.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Talent Development, Operations, Executive leadership) to align event goals with business objectives.
Coordinate all event logistics including sourcing, venue selection, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, catering, AV, team building.
Assist with event registration software, tracking and reporting.
Maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
Coordinate event branding, signage, and promotional materials in line with corporate identity.
Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues and industry partners.
Ensure all events reflect the companys commitment to professionalism, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
24 years of experience in corporate event planning, or comparable industry position.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Event management platforms (ie. Cvent, Passkey, Eventbrite). Not required but encouraged.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset.
Ability to manage stress and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness and ability to travel for events.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for renewable energy.
