JOB SUMMARY:
Provides upbeat and positive service to arriving and departing guests utilizing Total Services kills. This is accomplished by transporting baggage to and from guest accommodations, as well as providing various types of information.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
Provides high quality service to arriving and departing guests utilizing the Spotlight on Service skills
Greets guests with an upbeat and positive attitude and delights the guests by building great relationships
Transports the baggage of arriving guests from the Bell Desk to their hotel accommodations.
Explains hotel room accommodation appointments and equipment to guests.
Assists departing guests with their luggage and departure details and helps guests with luggage to transportation.
Informs guests of hotel facilities, guest promotions and events, Greater Reno-Tahoe area adventures and their locations and offers to be of further assistance upon request.
Greets charter arrival guests and provides luggage assistance as needed.
Collaborates with team members to work in a rotational manner with arriving and departing guests.
Acts as line ambassador for hotel check-in VIP guests
