Luxury Customer Service Professional - Nashua, NH and Boston, MA Locations
This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in dealing with people and is interested in working within a luxury retail environment. We will fully train on all aspects of fine jewelry and luxury timepieces. This position supports our retail sales team through all aspects of our customer life-cycle, from the initial sales transaction to on-going repair and service, and plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management. A welcoming demeanor and attention to detail are a must for this position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process and complete customer transactions, ensuring accurate customer contact and payment information.
- Evaluate and document condition of customers' merchandise for repair intakes; inspect completed repairs for quality control standards.
- Handle in-coming and out-going communications with customers, such as e-mail, phone, and texts, and follow-up on all inquiries from customers.
- Efficiently operate the store's office according to all policies and procedures, and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Balance POS and bank deposits at closing and accurately complete daily paperwork.
- Ensure accurate and proper inventory management procedures including processing orders, sales, and transfers of merchandise.
Individuals must be able to multi-task and be detailed and number oriented. Teamwork and support for all areas of the store is a must. Prior customer service and/or fine jewelry and luxury timepiece experience a plus.
