AMMAZZACAFFE seeking Experienced weekend bartender start ASAP

We are a well-established Italian restaurant located in the heart of East Williamsburg, proudly serving the neighborhood for over 8 years. Our venue has been featured in numerous acclaimed publications Michelin Bib for 5 years in a row and is known for its quality, hospitality, and distinctive beverage program.

We are currently seeking an experienced Weekend Bartender to join our passionate team. Ideal candidates will have both restaurant and high-volume bartending experience. Our bar program includes one of the largest amaro collections in the citycurrently featuring over 80 varieties from around the world. This is a great opportunity for someone with a deep appreciation for amaro or a strong desire to learn.

What Were Looking For:

MUST HAVE FRIDAY & SATURDAY AVAILABLE
Must include a cover letter

Minimum 3 years of NYC bartending experience

High-volume cocktail and fine dining bar experience required

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails

Amaro knowledge is a huge plus

Italian wine knowledge

Clean, organized, and efficient work habits

Punctual and reliable

Able to lift up to 40 lbs

A team player with a positive attitude

Genuine love for hospitality and the restaurant industry
