About the Role:
We are seeking a poised, dependable, and service-oriented Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a professional and welcoming environment, maintains a high level of discretion, and is committed to supporting the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients with courtesy and professionalism.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with light clerical accounting tasks such as invoice tracking and expense reporting.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment.
Experience with light accounting tasks is preferred.
