SAGE Dining Services, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Banquet Sous Chef to join our team in creating exceptional culinary experiences. In this role, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef and General Manager to plan, prepare, and execute all back-of-house operations for a wide variety of catered events, from elegant banquets to high-profile gatherings. Your skills in organization, presentation, and flavor will ensure that every event is both seamless and memorable for our guests.
This is an on-call position with the flexibility to travel to different SAGE locations throughout the NJ area, providing variety and the opportunity to work in diverse settings. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to grow into a full-time position.
