The Custodian I position will clean and maintain assigned areas including dusting, waxing, polishing, and washing windows, walls, stalls/partitions, and woodwork. Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors. Remove trash and recycling. Maintain all building entrances and walkways from ice, snow, and other debris up to 25 feet from the entrance. Lock/unlock doors. Clean and sanitize restrooms. Operate equipment various cleaning equipment. Report damage to structure, facilities, and equipment for repairs and replacements. Maintain, use, and store cleaning supplies appropriately on a cart and in the closet. Follow the required standards for chemical use. Complete required paperwork and attend trainings and meetings.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
