Must be able to lead the team and work morning/day shifts. Typical shifts would be 9am-5pm or 11am-8pm. Responsibilities/ Requirements for this position include: 1. Preparing food in compliance with all health and safety regulations, while following sanitary practices for safe food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen area. 2. Must work with the rest of the team to uphold our high quality standards for our menu items and customer service. Having the ability to engage with customers and co-workers. 3. Have experience in a high volume kitchen, can handle stress well. Line Cook/ pizza making experience is prefered!
