This position is located in the McAllen area (Will be servicing various Bank facilities).

Job Summary: We are searching for a diligent Facility Maintenance Janitor who can perform a wide range of tasks to ensure the cleanliness and orderly condition of our facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming

Refill supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen

Inspect machinery and report any faults to management

Safely operate equipment such as floor polishers, buffers, and vacuum cleaners

Ensure the facility's security by locking doors after operating hours

Carry out routine inspection and maintenance activities

Address immediate cleaning/maintenance needs

Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

Education and Requirements:

No Minimum Education

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Previous maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.

Must have reliable transportation.
