The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication between patients and their general dentist providers, and maintaining accurate dental records. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of endodontic dental coding, and the ability to work effectively in an endodontic practice. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Coordinate patient treatment plans and financial arrangements. Manage and maintain accurate dental records, ensuring compliance with CDT coding standards. Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments/handling inquiries. Process dental billing and insurance claims. Assist in the training of new staff on office procedures and systems. Serve as a liaison between patients and providers to ensure clear communication regarding treatment options. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant. Familiarity with dental administrative support functions, including coding and billing processes. Proficiency in using dental practice management software systems, particularly PBS, is advantageous. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
