Housekeeper Needed

We are looking for someone to help stay on top of house cleaning for our family of 4 on a more recurring (2x/week) basis between deep cleans. Can you provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc)? Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)?
