As a Busser, your top priority is to assist the front of house staff with bussing the floor, running food, and supporting the guest experience. You are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring smooth, accurate food delivery. This position requires speed, teamwork, attention to detail, and a guest-first attitude.

While each team member will take ownership of a specific area of responsibility, all roles at Under-Study are fluid and collaborative. We believe in working together, supporting one another, and stepping in wherever neededno task is beneath us when it comes to creating an exceptional experience for our guests and our team.

Duties and responsibilities (This list may not include all assigned duties)

• Promptly run food and beverages from the kitchen/coffee station to guests tables with accuracy and care.
• Carefully clearing empty plates, trays and glassware to the appropriate dish stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, patio, and service stations.
• Support the kitchen and bar by communicating guest needs and requests quickly.
• Restock silverware, napkins, glassware, condiments, packaging and other service essentials as needed.
• Help maintain smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
• Monitor and communicate needs for restocking cafe/retail supplies as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, efficient, and joyful daily operation.

• Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a team
• Food handlers certificate
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $25.00)
