Responsibilities:Craft Signature Cocktails: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including our specialty cocktails, craft beers, and Mediterranean-inspired drinks.
Guest Experience: Greet guests with a friendly attitude, recommend drinks based on guest preferences, and ensure that all orders are made quickly and accurately.
Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, well-stocked, and organized. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with regular guests and creating a welcoming environment.
Work Collaboratively: Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Handle Payments: Accurately process guest orders and handle cash or credit card payments.
Previous bartending experience (preferably in a fast-paced or upscale environment).
A strong understanding of classic and modern cocktails, as well as wine and beer pairings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
Knowledge of Mediterranean ingredients and drinks is a plus, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years of age (21+ where alcohol service laws apply).
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: Hourly ($4.00) plus tips
