We are looking to hire server assistants to ensure prompt and spectacular service for our guests at Treetops Resort! As a server assistant, you will be welcoming guests as they arrive, preparing tables for ideal service, and clearing tables as guests depart. Our ideal candidates should possess the skills necessary to anticipate server and guest needs and deliver an elevated level of customer service. • Greeting every guest as they arrive and escorting them to the table that will provide the best dining experience.

• Assisting servers to consistently deliver a quality experience for guests.

• Preparing server stations and maintaining organized and clean guest tables.

• Ensuring that food safety guidelines are always followed.

• Serving food and drink to guests at the direction of the server.

• Cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables in preparation for arriving guests.

• Acting as a connection between front-of-house and back-of-house when necessary.

• Handling guest concerns and complaints, notifying server and manager when necessary.

• More duties as required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation.

• Motivated, positive attitude, with dedication to customer service.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

• Clean and professional appearance, and positive attitude.

• Ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time and lift at least 30 lbs.
