We also ask for our team to be flexible and willing to come in at short notice to help out if needed and to be great when it comes to reliability and time keeping.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and effectively.
* Manage deliveries, parcels, and access control for the building.
* Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Provide information about local services, amenities, and transport options.
* Assist with booking reservations, arranging transportation, and other concierge services.
* Maintain a neat and organised reception area.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a concierge role preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
