- Lead by example, training and mentoring back-of-house team members
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and front-of-house management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- 35 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
- Passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
