We are seeking a Sous Chef to lead our scratch kitchen in the Western NC Mountains! Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Accountable to the owner for the performance of the back of house team
- Manage a fully staffed team of Line cooks, and Stewards
- Ensure a high level of cuisine and service from the team
- Excel in organization while overseeing cost controls and inventory management
- Lead by example in professionalism and working to develop an already awesome team
Sous Chef Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience leading BOH in a scratch upscale or resort environment
- Experience in a Steakhouse is preferable
- Positive Can-do attitude!
- Demonstrated success in areas of organization and detail management
