What Youll Do:

• Own the Kitchen Lead all culinary operations with discipline and pride
• Train & Develop Build a high-performing team through coaching and accountability
• Drive Excellence Ensure top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and consistency

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
• Background in scratch-cooking, polished-casual or upscale dining
• Strong understanding of kitchen financials, food safety, and labor management
• A lead-from-the-front stylemotivating, teaching, and delivering under pressure
