Restaurant Sous Chef

Looking for a Sous Chef who is hungry to make a mark and looking to contribute, learn and grow. $65 to $75K in salary plus an excellent benefits package.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every plate is picture-perfect for the guest.
  • Maintain a pristine kitchen that exceeds all Health Department regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional prime cost controls.
  • Staff the kitchen with a team of talented believers

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role in a polished casual restaurant.
  • High volume experience ($5 million plus annually) and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to coach, motivate and hold your team accountable.
