Job Overview:
Perform all kitchen positions and work independently, including pantry and banquet roles, as required by business demands.
Support team members with mentorship, training development, and daily preparation guidance..
Assists the chef with specialty dinners and events, requiring minimal supervision.
Creates daily features and special menus in collaboration with the chef, incorporating their input and approval, while considering the outlet's culinary theme.
Facilitates all food requisitions and ordering needs with the chef's guidance and approval for budgeting..
Leads and manages the service when the chef is unavailable.
Requirements:
3+ years of Full-Service Restaurant Sous Chef experience
Effective leadership, clear communication, and strong organizational skills.
Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
