Sous Chef Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience , with at least 1 year as a Sous Chef
- Background in high-volume, high-pressure kitchens
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Excellent communication and guest-service mindset
- Detail-oriented and organized, with high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
