Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant
- Strong leadership presence with a passion for coaching and developing others
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Food safety and health & safety compliance knowledge
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
Sous Chef - Must Haves:
- Lead by example and create a positive, caring kitchen culture
- Attract, hire, train, and develop top culinary talent
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
- Execute consistent service and foster collaboration across all positions

Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Prior experience opening new restaurant locations
- Familiarity with Asian-inspired cuisine or scratch kitchens
- Comfortable using scheduling and kitchen management tools

- Strong communication skills and ability to lead with empathy and accountability
