This leader will work hand in hand with the kitchen team to ensure quality standards are being met and guests' expectations are exceeded. This individual will have strong people skills with a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Sous Chef Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining steak restaurant

High volume over $15 million in annual revenues

Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills

Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
