Cocktail Server

Job description:

• - Greet guests in a friendly, positive manner and make them feel at home.
• - Exhibit selling techniques cum proper knowledge, and service delivery of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• - Utilize a silent service approach and maintain a clean environment.
• - Itemize bills correctly and secure payment as required.
• - Bid guests farewell by using guests' names when known and inviting them to come back.
• - Replace inserts, clean menu covers, and maintain the professional appearance of the area.
• - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume nightlife venue
• - Bottle sales experience and upselling premium liquor brands are necessary skills
• - Maintain a clean environment.
• - Maintain a high level of professionalism that will attract guests to want to return to the property.
• - Respond appropriately to guest needs and do so with a sense of urgency.
• - Performs other job-related responsibilities when assigned.

Requirement:

• - FIVE years of experience in services as a cocktail server.
• - Good working knowledge of different Point of Sales systems (POS).
• - Good working knowledge of spirits, wine, and related beverage items.
• - Excellent customer service skills.
• - Must be able to mentor a team and lead.
• - Must possess a good professional appearance.
• - Must be able to work different shifts, which may include holidays and weekends.
• - Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• - Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
