THE JOB:

Step into the fast-paced world of hospitality as you take on the exhilarating role of coordinating guest traffic flow and optimizing business volume across all driveways, valet locations, and bell desks! You will be at the forefront of creating seamless arrivals and departures, ensuring that every guest experiences the highest level of satisfaction

THE STARTING RATE: $19.08

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Actively monitors, coordinates, and assists with the guest flow and service levels of all applicable driveways and valet locations

• Assists valet and/or bell services attendants during peak business periods

• Effectively communicates with managers and employees about concerns which need attention

• Assists and coordinates all functions of front service positions on all applicable driveway and valet locations with a sense of urgency

• Assists with prompt resolution of guest service concerns

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least five years of hands-on experience in high-volume hospitality or commercial environments

• Possess strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team of valet attendants while maintaining exceptional service standard

• Proficient in customer service excellence, conflict resolution, and efficient vehicle handling procedures

• Familiarity with hotel or resort operations is a plus
