As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact by:

  • Provide consultative sales guidance, educating prospects on product features, use cases, and pricing options

  • Deliver compelling product walkthroughs or live demos where applicable

  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and enhance the customer experience

  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for conversion rates, qualified opportunities, and closed deals

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments, market trends, and competitive landscape

Basic Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or a consultative selling role

  • Proven track record of working with small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs)

  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills, build rapport, and trust quickly

  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple, business-focused terms

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Collaborative, self-starter attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Flexibility to adapt to different hours of operation.
