Sous Chef, Pizza Campania

We are seeking a full-time, hourly Sous Chef at Pizza Campania. This is a leadership position in our restaurant, and involves assisting the Chef De Cuisine in daily cooking and food preparation, overseeing the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, as well as building and nurturing the team around them. Leadership experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate looking to advance their skills and career.
We are a locally owned and operated Neapolitan-style Pizzeria, specializing in scratch-made food, unique ambiance, an exceptional Old-World beer and wine list and small-town hospitality.
