Guest Services Representative (Full Time) - 6014

This position seeks to ensure the highest level of Guest Services in the assigned department. This position is responsible for welcoming and meeting all initial needs of all patients and families entering the assigned department and ensure a caring relationship with patients and families.

Education Requirements:

High school Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Public/Guest contact position.

Certifications/Skills:

Must have good communication skills and be customer oriented.
