BARTENDER Needed @ Highland Park Bowl

Highland Park Bowl is looking to hire an experienced bartender! Formed nearly two decades ago, the 1933 Group helms a lauded portfolio of bars in Los Angeles. Each concept reflects bold, modern interpretations, reflective of the companys dynamic partners and memorable eras, and Highland Park Bowl is no exception!

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in a high volume bar/restaurant
- Must be willing to obtain Servsafe and RBS certifications
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer
- Multitasking, fast, friendly, and welcoming service
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
- Weekend availability required
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours in a shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Works efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Keeps a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Maintains bar safety and sanitation
- Perform bar set up, stocking, and closing duties. Clean and maintain entire bar area
- Alert to needs of guests & fellow teammates
- Maintain supplies, garnish qualities, juices, liquor, beer and wine stock
- Works with the team always in mind
- Is aware of and abides by all liquor service laws
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
