Assistant Dining Room Manager

The Dining Room Assitant Manager is primarliy responsible for exhibitin, promoting, maintaining, observing and communicating guest service standards and practices for the dining areas in the Dining Room and Cafe. Assist in the trainings for host/hostess, and servers and bussers for all outlets.

Resolve staff concerns and issues and ensure any concerns and pertinent issues are communicated to Dining Room Manager and F&B Director.

Interact with guests on regular basis to ensure satisfaction levels are maintained for every facet of the dining experience.

Supervise day to day operation of the Dining Room and Cafe as directed by the Dining Room Manager.

Execute all supervisory administrative duties such as, but not limited to, scheduling staff, payroll approval, coaching and counseling, performance reviews and incident reporting. Involved in all employment aspects of assigned staff to include interviewing and hiring, orienting and training, scheduling and coordinating work assignments, evaluating performance, coaching and disciplining staff.

3 - 5 years work experience in related field is required

2 years of management in related field is required

1 - 2 years hospitality experience (hotel, resort or destination spa) is preferred
Associates Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or related field is preferred

Tips certified is required

Serve Safe Manager Certification is required
