Experienced Bartender

We are seeking a skilled, personable, and professional Experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume or upscale bar environments, extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections and food pairings.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.

Check identification to ensure age requirements for alcohol service are met.

Manage tabs, process payments, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock.

Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 23 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale establishment.

Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail presentation, wine, and beer.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Excellent cash-handling and POS system experience.

Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol in [State/Region].

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Reach, bend, and stoop as required for bar operations.
