Position Overview:
Raza's at Hamilton is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender/Mixologist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of professional bartending experience, with a passion for craft cocktails, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails, beverages, and bar snacks
Recommend drink options and upsell to enhance guest experience
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high standards of sanitation in the bar area
Check identification to verify legal drinking age
Handle cash and manage POS transactions accurately
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to foster a welcoming atmosphere
Keep updated on new drink trends, techniques, and ingredients
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
Qualifications:

3+ years of bartending/mixology experience in a fast-paced environment
Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
Ability to create innovative cocktails and customize drinks to guest preferences
