Uniform Attendant
Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Uniform Team, the Uniform Attendant is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Uniform Attendant will be responsible for delivering exceptional services pertaining to uniform distribution and collection and ensuring the overall satisfaction of Team Members with their uniform needs.
Position Functions
Essential Functions
• Assist Team Members in the proper selection and distribution of uniforms.
• Maintain organized and efficient systems for uniform distribution.
• Coordinate and oversee the collection of used uniforms.
• Ensure the timely and proper return of uniforms for laundering or maintenance.
• Provide exceptional Guest service to Team Members regarding uniform inquiries and concerns.
• Address, listen to, and resolve any issues related to uniform fit, quality, or availability.
• Identify systemic issues early and propose solutions.
• Assist in monitoring uniform inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Uniform Specialist to keep accurate records of distributed and collected uniforms.
• Ensure proper communication within the department so all uniform repairs and alterations are handled in a prompt, efficient, and correct manner.
• Prioritize and address the needs of Team Members, ensuring their satisfaction with uniform services.
• Work with laundering services or in-house laundry operations to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms.
• Ensure a seamless process for Team Members to obtain clean uniforms for their workday.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of uniform distribution, returns, and transactions.
• Generate reports as needed for uniform usage and inventory.
• Handle inquiries and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Support the implementation of uniform-related policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6+ months of experience in hospitality.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred qualifications:
• 1+ years in hospitality.
• Knowledge of basic inventory management principles, especially related to uniforms.
